Loving our new fireplace. It was a tricky install in the middle of the house but Masood and his team of trusted subbies did an excellent job. They came to the house twice to check measure and quote before we had even paid the deposit and the attention to detail shows in the end product. Would highly recommend.

We were so amazed at how much heat this fireplace produced and the surround can still remain touchable. which means we could put our TV over the fireplace without any issues. As Masood described this is a very efficient gas fireplace! As we can turn on the fireplace for an hour with our ducted aircon fan on, the heat remained in circulation for hours. This has certainly transformed our freezing house into a warm and cozy home.

We have been looking for a fireplace for quite awhile and then we came across Sydney Home and Energy Solutions in Penrith. We were greeted by Masood who was very knowledgeable of his products and helped with our purchase, of a 1200 Double Sided gas fireplace. The service and installation was completed with Great professionalism. Nothing was a bother, Masood even came to the house prior to installation and purchase to inspect the position and to give us his professional opinion on how and where we should install the fireplace. Masood and the team were wonderful. From the get go Masood took particular interest in our heating requirements and helped us pick the gas log fire that would suit our home and be installed with the least amount of stress. He personally visited our property took measurements and assisted with the design aspect etc. The plumbing team and Carpenter were all professionals that took pride in their work to ensure that we were 100% happy with the job. Upon completion Masood came over once again to inspect and ensure the finished job was completed to a high standard. Overall my experience with Sydney Home Energy was stress free and it was a great relief to know that the work was completed by a team of professionals who knew what they were doing. I love my new gas log fire.

What a pleasure it was to deal with Masood at Sydney Home Energy Solutions. I was in urgent need of a replacement for my old Archer Gas Log Fire, Masood was able to organise transport and installation for a new Archer Gas Fire, the estimated time for a replacement was 3-4 weeks, I was pleasantly surprised to be advised that the replacement had arrived in 3 weeks. Two days later the Archer arrived wth Troy the plumber. It was snowing and raining, the trip from Penrith to Bathurst was in difficult conditions. Troy spent approximately 4-5 hours on the installation without a single complaint, at that time the outside temperature was 5 and raining The installation went without a hitch. I can only give the highest praise to Masood and Troy for outstanding service. I highly recommend this company. The Archer Gas Log Fire does an excellent job heating my old 2 storey terrace in a very cold Bathurst winter.

Thank you Masood for your promise, waiting for three months to send a requote, the quote you sent me last October you said price been changed, you going to send new quote, still i didn’t receive the quote, that’s how you treat your customers, very poor service, i sent you at least around 5 sms only for quote, in your sms you mentioned Alfredo kitchen will install before end of April, unfortunately I haven’t receive the requotetion . Very disappointed
