Nice people late book in but room was not clean

Fantastic location. The Owners/Managers were super helpful and friendly during our recent three week stay while we were waiting on completion of a new home. Great cabin, tidy, and a carport included. Perfect location, close to Maitland shops, railway station. Neat grounds. Couldn't be happier. Thanks to everyone there for a great stay.

Rudest caravan park “owners” I have ever meet.Kicked people out because of them having mould in there cabin and they didn’t wanna get sick.Nothing but dramas for the 7 weeks that I have been here.“Gave 3 warnings” but have never received any warnings.They had something to say when I let my 5 year old brother use the toilet in my cabin instead of sending him to the shared toilets.I do not recommend this caravan park to anyone!

A bit shabby looking, but apparently, the new owners are doing it up, so it's not really fair to criticise the place atm. Apparently, the owners are very good & are helpful with the long-term renters there. Only know the place because of friends renting a cabin there, they are very happy with how the place is run

Lovely park owners cannot fault them they are so kind and really caring it’s been hard to find accommodation up this way but this place has catered to our needs would recommended to everyone cabins are perfect size neat and tidy love it here close to work cannot fault them

So our reciew maybe a little harsh but hopefully managers take comment on board. Our check in was friendly but that is all we saw of any staff as office badically unattended I guesd from the large number of live in residents so travellers I guess not a priority. The amenities were dirty and disgusting and not cleaned in the four days even the insect skeletons were growing whiskers.. scary stuff .. mens shaving clippings left in basins .. avoid if possible. This is not a travellers overnight stay it is a nightmare

Nice cabin. Good air con.Had cooking facilities and crockery and cutlery.Plenty of space in build in cupboard. Bed comfortable. Handy plug to charge mobile or tablet. Only have to provide charging cord. Good staff. Family friendly and very helpful. Laundry facilities too.Recommend staying here.

The place was filthy so I cleaned it. I put a black moldy curtain outside with broken chairs that had white and green mold, who uses those things!? Melody said to put them inside, but I said mold is bad for health and I can't sit on the. chairs. Garry accused me of breaking the chairs, I did not. She and Garry said to be out by 10am tomorrow or they will get the police. My neighbour is also being evicted for silly reasons. And she is pregnant! There's a cabin that the managers use for storage, but they are short of accommodation!? I know who should be packing their bags, and it's not any of us! How can bully's get away with this totally unreasonable rude behaviour!?
