I ordered an Apple iPad air on a Friday, received a call to confirm my order that day which was great of AW. Received my order on the Tuesday. A total of 3 business days for delivery to my door during Melbourne COVID lockdown. Wow!! Product was perfect, as described. A better yet comparable price than other sites. I would definitely order from this company again.

The product provided was safely packed and the goods are even performing above my expectations. There was confusion initially about delivery, as Star Track would not deliver to a PO box, so this delayed my delivery by 5 extra days. Even though the site does not prevent you from entering a PO box, avoid it. Star Track will only deliver to a street address. Thank you Australian Warehouses for providing electronic goods at cheaper prices (as your site says)

Amazing! I bought Microsoft Modern Wireless headset for half price what Microsoft selling for! And Australianwarehouses.com.au shipped within hours of purchase, amazing customer support to expedite the shipping process. Highly recommended if you wanted to have same exact genuine product with almost half prices or so.

Don't let the web address fool you and don't think these guys are Australian based. Don't waste your time calling the alleged Australian phone number as it's not connected and they don't seem to mind. They also don't care what they sell you so long as they sell something. After being told what a suitable substitute was for a product that was presently out of stock I went ahead with the order. When the item finally arrives it is what they sold me but upon opening discover it's not a suitable substitute. They won't allow me to return the item due to seal being broken and responsibility rests with buyer in-spite of the recommendation from seller as to it being suitable substitute. Do your own homework is the lesson as genuine capable service don't count for anything here!

Bought DJI Mini 2 from them. It arrived next day. The box is intact, sealed and everything looked ok. Also, I registered the drone on DJI website and the registration went fine so I can confirm that the product is original.Their prices were better than everyone else and communication is perfect ( received order confirmation and shortly after shipping notice, tax invoice and tracking number)
