Was nervous based on other reviews but was highly rated on another website so took on Joe. Was able to attend same day. Quick to get to the point. My machine was not fixable but clearly knew what he was doing and was able to provide recommendations for replacement. Would use him again

Although it was not clear why my Bosch frontloader lost power it started up after Joe checked it. Joe arrived promptly within 2 hours after contacting him and I would definitely use his service in the future.

Joe did a great job, repaired my 18+ year old F&P machine, sourced a part even though it's really old , he is very knowledgeable and has good contacts. My old machine is still going strong! Highly recommend him.

Joe kindly offered his technical expertise to me over the phone to fix the problem with my Bosch dishwasher. Easily saved me a very expensive call out fee and service charge. Had contacted other services and they did not offer any troubleshooting over the phone. Highly recommended.

No issues with him. He was super quick at recognising and fixing the problem and I think his call out fee is very reasonable, up to half that of competitors. There were no extra charges as it didn't require parts.

Joe is honest friendly & reliable person, we told him the problem of our washing machine, Joe went straight to it and found a sock blocking the pump and fixed it, Joe charged only a service call. i strongly recommend him.
