Exceptional service and workmanship at a competitive price.The house was tiled from 70s, no sarking and sagged due to wrong pitch. Tiles disposed of, timbers repaired, insulation blanket and colorbond corrugated.The garage/flattete roof, had almost no pitch and leaking corrugated iron. Iron disposed of, timbers repaired and repitched, insulation blanket and colorbond speedeck for proper drainage - John brought in extra people to get this done in one day rather than risk tarping the relatively large area.Fascia boards capped along with new guttering and downpipes.All screws, rivets and materials precisely spaced and aligned - the result looks truly professional and smart.
