Epping Auto Plus

Not at all a good place to service vehicles. I gave my car for major service they not only did not do it properly and the very next week, right after 7 days my car battery was gone along with the alternator. He said that it is not their fault what happened, when it is his job to checkout each thing of the car for major services. They are very pricey as well never give your vehicle here for any kind of service.

I was referred by a friend to Epping Auto Plus. Mr Rohana, who is the owner/manager is one of the most honest person. He will give honest opinion about what work needs to be done on your car. Cost wise you will have to work hard to find some one more cheaper or i should say value for money. For people who have limited knowledge like me when it comes to car engines and sevice and maintenance, will consider this a blessing to find an honest person. Totally not satisfied with their service. They changed my 4 tyres and all tyres were opposite flipped. And not happy with the work that done here with i pay 2500$ for rwc.

First of all they are liar. So don't trust liar. I brought my car for RWC at 9am and they finished it at 5pm with a bunch of lies. I was already at the workshop at 4:30 pm and my car was not there. So I asked one of the worker, he said he had no idea. Minutes later Mr Rohana came in with my car. I asked, why my car was driven by you. He said, we have another workshop and your car was sent there for RWC and they just finished it and I bought it back from there. I believed that was a lie too since there were a bunch of small flowers and dried leaves on the car. It looked like my car was under a big tree the whole day. He lied that the car needs new things here and there and sum up $800 minimum to finish the job for RWC. It can be more than $800, he said.I had a doubt about whatever he told me. So I brought my car to another auto repair and he said the car only needs a new rocker cover casket worth $330 only.So my friends, if you have a lot of money to burn, go to Epping Auto Plus. Don't trust liar.

Very unprofessional. I had a problem in my car and I called the owner Rohana few days ago to explained the issue. Guy asked me to bring the vehicle. I put a leave on my job to go there. Once I was there he said he can’t waste his time on my car . He has other things to attend to and asked me to leave. What a awful way to treat your customers .

I had my car serviced here a few weeks ago. They did the work asked for and a little bit extra. I was pleasantly surprised by the price! Honest people, Great work, highly recommended. Thank you!

Sold 2 cars recently, got RWC done through these guys, both times I was able to get in on short notice. Can't fault the service, thank you!

Mr Rohana is a trustful and honest person. This workshop is certainly perfect. They do their job as they work on their own cars. I highly recommend it.

They told me, over the phone, I could drop my car off at 8:30am for a RWC but don't show up until 8:50am. They quoted me, over the phone, $150 and charge me $165 on the day telling me the quote didn't include GST. Their website says they're open until 6pm but they tell me they close at 5:30pm.My impression is these guys are in it for a quick buck not for long term customer relationships. Very sloppy. Haven't even discussed the outcome of the road worthy test yet. Who knows what they'll demand next.I'll pay the extra amount for peace of mind with a bigger name brand thank you very much.
