Mandurah Holden

Well had problem with car and there cancelled on 2 appointments so far so not happy

Took our Cannon L in for its 12 month service and as always the service we received from the staff at Mandurah Holden was exceptional! From the bright and bubbly Gabbie at the service desk....to the very knowledgeable Lauren at the front desk....to the wonderful Martins' at the sales desk the high standard of client care here is wonderful! It is always such a pleasure to deal with Sherron and Shane at Mandurah Holden! We wouldn't take our beautiful car anywhere else!!!!"

Having had an Ironman bullbar fitted, I was pleased with the service provided. There were issues with parking sensors falling off (poor design or fitting?) but was corrected promptly. My biggest let-down was with what I believed to be warranty issues with Mitsubishi, Mitsubishi proved that West Coast 4x4 had installed a sensor wrong, but I still had to pay Mitsubishi for their time. I provided West Coast 4x4 with the bill of $345 and the fault report. West Coast 4x4 have refused to pay for their error. Now they've even not replying to my emails.

My son took his car in to fit part to his great wall 4wd when rang up at 3pm to see if car was ready only to be told they ordered the wrong part, then told us part no longer manufactured, we had to find the part from wreckers and can't help. Not happy finally I rang another mechanic in Mandurah told us they have the part and can fit it. Not good service won't go back there.

Dropped my vehicle for service at booked time of 8am was told it would be ready by midday. I rang at 11.45am was told by young lady on the phone it was nearly ready so arranged to be dropped off. It is now 1.30pm & I'm still waiting for my vehicle. I can see it sitting there but everyone seems to be at lunch & forgotten about service.

Great customer service and after care support when buying a car.

Bought my Haval H6 Ultra from here and picked up just before Christmas. Absolute professional service from day 1 and have been back twice since for servicing with no issues whatsoever!

Rung up 3 times over the day for a email invoice of my last service. I spoke with Ness and can't remember the other lady, I still didn't get a email sent. Customer service from the ladies I spoke to was horrible, like they couldn't be bothered. On the other hand Graham was great and hopefully will manage to get a very simple email sent to me tomorrow.
