Bought 2 sheets ACU and asked for them to be cut to size and make sure the edges have no Burrs. In the past I have bought similar sheets and they were finished off nicely. However in my last 2 purchases , the panels have not been finished and delivered to me with the cut edges as rough as hell! I was told to just use a Stanley blade and do it myself! Specific instructions were on the order to finish them off without and Burrs but seems like they have no quality control and happy for goods to leave their premises in poor condition! Appalling service!

Very disappointing experience with CPH.I need a 6m x 2m white gloss aluminium composite panel to complete a job. I ordered same from CPH. My original order was packaged by CPH and I had my courier collect. It arrived damaged, due in part to poor packaging by CPH and in part to poor handling by my courier. CPH packaged the composite on a wooden skid and packaged a damaged piece above it to protect it in transit, but the skid was not marked top load only" and the ends of the panel were crushed in transit. I am based in Townsville.When the first panel arrived
