We had Banora Pools build our pool at our new house. They were professional, knowledgeable and gave us all the information we needed way before we even started building our house so we could make an informed decision as to who we wanted to build our pool. They won hands down.They built what we agreed on, at the price that we agreed and it was done in the timeline that they quoted.Would thoroughly recommend Richard and Robina and if we were to move and build another pool would go directly back to them. Brilliant!

Richard and Robina of Banora Pools were amazing to deal with and knew a lot about what they do. They had plenty of options and suggestions to offer and nothing was a problem. Great people to deal with from the beginning to the end. Communication was A+, would highly recommend them.

The site also provided some challenges in terms of access. But with careful planning and clever design, Banora Pools was able to deliver a stunning pool that integrates seamlessly with our house and the existing landscape.Andrew and the team at Banora Pools are great to work with. The quality of work of the subcontractors are of high standard.In the end, we got a beautiful pool that has added value to our home and ambience to our yard. I signed a contract with a pool builder, the Company was then sold to a real estate agent. From start to finish the job has been mismanaged . The new owner has a poor ethic and should be avoided .

Not finished the installation of heat pump and pool blanket from November 2021. Now June 2022! Already fully paid. Not answering emails or messages.

Andrew and the team at Banora Pools have been fantastic to work with. I've found them to be honest, reliable and very helpful throughout the entire process from quote to completion of our pool. Would defintiely recommend them to anyone building a pool in the Tweed area.

New owner, very unprofessional, communication very poor, repeatedly did not respond to messages or phone calls. We had to chase them all the time. We are in business ourselves & value our clients & always treat them with utmost respect & courtesy, unfortunately we feel that this business does not have the same values & standards that we have. The whole experience has been stressful from start to finish.

Richard & Robina went out of their way to help us source extra pool coping tiles at short notice when we found we were short supplied. They went above & beyond even though we were using another pool builder. I am amazed & so grateful. I would highly recommend them.
