Being the owner a Locksmith in rural SA, it is crucial that my mobile workshops are serviced, and repaired in a timely manner. This is the first Volkswagen I have purchased, no I didn't buy it from Mawson Lakes, so I was very surprised by the quality of service that I received. From first entering the service area, I was promptly greeted, and offered a coffee. I felt very welcomed in dropping my vehicle in for a service. Upon returning to pick up my vehicle, the service team went through every detail of the service. I have to give a big shout out to the young Lady at the front desk, it was her first day, she handed herself in a very professional, and polite manner. After calling a number of Adelaide dealers with a malfunctioning infotainment unit in my Golf R we got into Mawson Lakes Volkswagen to assess the problem. I had the pleasure of meeting Sean Tolson, despite the unit having to be replaced Sean, was caring professional and very easy to deal with. He made me feel very comfortable, the part was ordered and we came back for the installation. Again Sean was there to greet us and make us feel comfortable. I didn’t buy my car from this dealer and being from interstate had no idea what I was going to get and therefore had to lower my expectations, however thanks to Sean this process has been handled with great care and professionalism, and I couldn’t be happier. Probably the best service I have received from a Volkswagen dealer. I booked my car in for a 90k service. Its the little things that meant a lot to me. For example, upon arrival I was greeted by more than one team member and was asked if id like a coffee before they discuss the details of my service. Also, not only do they provide you with a loaner car (cost included) they were very flexible and worked around my schedule.The next day when I collected my car I found that they had cleaned it both inside and out.Outstanding service.
