I had the worse experience false date and time repeatedly given. Waste my time waiting for never showing up truck. Had to follow up again and again.

Very disappointed with today's experience. The girls in the office were friendly, setting an expectation of a 3hr window on day of delivery and a call an hour before delivery. Now after 2pm and have received neither, even after a follow up call. Waiting all day for this delivery. Don't set an expectation if you can't deliver on it.

Excellent customer service from Carter Transport, when I followed up on an expected delivery, to get a time the lady I spoke to got back to me straight away. Highly recommend!

This company didn't have a place in this spot and it's a wrong information.Their address is unknown and it didn't give information in Google website but only phone number.I don't know who put this information up.I went past this site many times and it doesn't exists but it is the spot of new housing units.ps, it's not worth one star as I give correct information. It's disappointing that the incorrect information had not been updated.

The worst company to deal with..Very unprofessional towards customers and even their own employees

I am making this review as a customer who has had several business dealing with this company. I am now finally speaking up.This company is extremely unprofessional in the way in which they run this business.) if you could call that !They treat all their members/ team shocking. They have good workers who do constantly try to provide a service to the customers to make up for the bad dealings they have caused.This company doesn’t show any respect or any appreciation. The office are extremely rude useless & arrogant .They never have a clue when you call to get your order figured out.They are lazy, don’t ever call you back rather void your order or lie to you about our deliveries.All the customers & company’s absolutely hate this company they have a really bad name in the industry. When any customers & business get told who has their stock let’s just say no one is impressed me included. The team are the ones doing the long hard yards. The poor feedback here doesn’t really surprise me. They have a bad reputation in the industry no matter who you speak too, NO one ever wants to work with them but you can see why it reflects on them.This company for years has had no ethics on rules or regulations they breach all of them without raising a eyebrow.My advice to any big suppliers business & customers who may read this walk away, just stop using them. There’s better business out there who rate better.Everyone complain do your reviews here, complain to the main suppliers where you purchased your goods from at the time of sale. The suppliers will not be aware of the situation from Carter’s.Carter’s think they are a rule to themselves.This company doesn’t follow any guidelines. They just treat people with with no respect.Sooner or later you pay the price for the treatment of others, hopefully your time is coming. I’ll never have you service my business again.The poor reviews & bad reviews they have them removed. So this isn’t reflective of the truth nor the actual facts of the way they do business.

Excellent service from the team at Carter Transport, always so helpful and quick to respond to my questions and queries. Highly recommend this family run and owned business. They genuinely care about their customers.

Great company, very helpful with my requests and great pricing

These guys went above and beyond in order to deliver our Mattress from NOA.Driver was helpful and friendly.Dispatch were responsive when we had questions.Would definitely use these guys for my business if I needed to send awkward freight. Really happy.

No regard for the residents in the area of wentworth point.. always blasting loud music late at night in there DC!!
