I am very happy with the service & oil change from Keystar. They did an early finish for me as I an carer for my hubby. The courtesy ride to the lical shops was also very appreciated while I waited for them to complete. Overall made the experience much easier.

I had the pleasure of being taken care of from Olly. I had to get my car in after being told there was a mechanical issue, Olly was able to squeeze me in their busy schedule. Kia had to hold my car for about 3-4 weeks whist awaiting part however, Kia provided me with a hire car, Olly called me weekly to check in and provide updates on my car which was appreciated!Olly’s customer service was impeccable, Kia engineers were able to fix my car and return it sooner than expected!

We had an issue when heading north for a camping trip. The team at Keystar were super accommodating and fit us into their already packed schedule. They got us back on the road that day. The staff were friendly and warm the whole way. Felt completely taken care of and car runs better now than before!Awesome service and great team, pleasure to deal with!

45,000/36mth service, The vehicle was thoroughly checked and included an additional issue that I raised. Checked from top to bottom. The vehicle was also throughly cleaned!!! I felt like I was driving my car off the show room floor!!! Great job as usual.

You will not be getting any of our business anymore...we have two Kias...your treatment of my warranty enquiries over the 5 years I have owned my sportage has been pathetic ...I have had the matters you refused to acknowledge handled promptly and without question by another dealer..Thanks for nothing...my large circle of friends and acquaintances are aware of your complete lack of empathy...

I purchased the car from them and 3weeks out of warranty, the engine light came on. (3mth warranty) According to the salesman, they had just done a service on it. Took the car in, they looked at it and rang and gave us a quote to fix what they said was wrong. Went to collect the car, they tried to charge us $200 more than the quote, and the engine light was still on. Long story short, they told us to take it to Ford. So it has cost us $400 to NOT fix what we took it in for.
