Mad about cleaning/ cheap carpet cleaning/ Melbourne carpet cleaning are all the same company.All of them are scams! Beware. They charged me extra and did not meet the cleaning expectations. My exit report and agent states that they didn’t even do the carpet cleaning. I had to chase them multiple times and they just delay my re-cleaning process.Updates: they did my recleaning but $400 went to drain. My agent had to get another cleaner to get it done. Overall wasted time to argue that my unit is “bad condition”, no bond back.Please stay away unless you are ready to waste time and money. :)

Payment was expected upfront, via direct deposit and despite asking multiple times over on the day and following week for an invoice never received one. As this was and end of lease clean, my landlord/agent required this invoice as proof of clean, I explained this to Patel and still did not receive anything.The job was adequate: carpets were cleaned well, while the rest of the clean was average. The quote was increased on the day, and the booking day was rescheduled at the last minute.Won’t be using this company again and don’t recommend booking them

Please avoid using this service. They not only did a terrible job cleaning my home and lied about doing a steam clean of the carpets, they also damaged the walls with whatever they used to clean my home. I found bunched up dirty paper towel outside of my garage which I assume was the only thing used to clean the place. This makes sense given there was dirt and stains everywhere. I had to pay to get the walls repainted and carpets cleaned. I had to re-clean the place myself before I left. I then lodged a complaint which they ignored. I lodged a complaint with Consumer Affairs Victoria but the company has not returned Consumer Affairs phone calls. It was a very distressing time for me and I would not want anyone else to have to go through these issues.

Avoid this rude, unprofessional service even if your home is in a total mess at all costs.More expensive than what they say on a phone, very quick and in rush to finish the job. The seats of our sofa were full of stains and more dirt because of the dirty water they add without any cleaning.I called back and a woman started shouting and swearing. She was very aggressive. I will lodge a claim to VCAT. They should not be allowed to run a business in Australia.

Still crumbs and food left on the stove, windows weren't clean, a cupboard wasn't touched at all, shower was filthy, everything just looked smeared and dirty. Got them in for a second clean was still awful, they didn't clean the things we specifically told them to re-clean and they even said that it was impossible to get certain stains out of the shower which we were able to get off ourselves with just water. Our landlord made a long list of things that weren't clean even after two visitations so we went with someone else who was excellent. This is the worst cleaning experience I've ever encountered and they're refusing to give a refund- they did offer to come a third time but why would I want them in three times when they've showed such poor effort the first two times?. Will be reporting them to ACCC.

We were so impressed with Mike at Mad About Cleaning-Local Carpet Cleaner & Couch Cleaning Melbourne. They were punctual, reliable, courteous, and thorough. The pricing is excellent and the workmanship is exceptional, all done in a timely manner. Our area rugs have been rejuvenated to their original glorious colours--and the wall-to-wall broadloom and stairs came out great as well. Two large sofas were also cleaned, which was a first for us, and we're glad we had that done as well. We were amazed at how pristine all the equipment was and the pride taken in the work. Thank you for a job well done. We would not hesitate to recommend them!

I have used this carpet cleaning for many years for both our home and my two offices. They are honest, always on time, and do a great job cleaning the carpets as well as the furniture. They even cleaned the interior of our car! great customer service as well. I highly recommend them.

Booked for carpet steam cleaning. Cleaner turned up and asked for $50 dollars cash as said it needed to be professionally vacuumed before he steam cleaned after we’d already vacuumed and the floors were spotless. Nowhere did it say that the carpets have to be professionally vacuumed before they are professionally steam cleaned. The guys was just trying to get more money.
