JB Hi-Fi Cairns Earlville Shopping Town

Went to buy a TV and was told they wouldn't sell anything bigger than a 48 inch TV 30 minutes before close as their store room people needed to check it and they'd gone home for the day.What the????? I must have been fooled by the giant banner that read Big Screen Bonanza". Rushed to the shop after work and was a complete waste of time. Not sure how you can trust an appliance store that doesn't know if their products work & refuses a sale.Written complaint submitted and waiting for a response."

Staff were very friendly and eager to help. Great process and some amazing specials. Every time i go in here, even if it's with a problem, the staff make me feel welcome and important.They know their stuff and they bend over backwards to make sure I get what I need.

So many floor staff, so few behind the counter. Good range of phone accessories, but the in-store shopping experience means it's a far more painful visit over Officeworks or Harvey Norman.

Glen was very professional and very helpful, patient and was very happy to answer all my queries and helped me to make a good choice with my purchase.

From the first phone call to Glen through to picking up my purchase he couldn’t be any more helpful. Such a lovely guy going above and beyond. Would definitely go back to Glen again.

I have been to this store multiple times and have found it each time the customer service to be absolutely appalling. My last straw was waiting to be served so I could ask a question on a product whilst blatantly being ignored while a group of 3 chit chat then all proceed to walk away.For poor service to happen on 3 seperate occasions I’ll be taking any future business elsewhere.

Rude staff. People handling Click and collect have no idea to check the nominated collection person. So rude and argumentative. In spite of showing chats and mails from the online support, the staff are just in denial. Gonna steer clear from this store.

BUYER BEWARE AT THIS PLACE!!!! Terrible service, return policies and attitude from staff. Bought a t-shirt here that was in an unopened packet, so I was unable to try it on (no change rooms available) Turned out to be to small and I simply wanted to exchange it for the next size up. I went to return it the next day with the receipt in hand. They asked have you opened the packet? Yes. Did you try it on? Yes, of course, how would I know if it fits or not? They then stated, policy states as you opened the packaging and tried it on we cannot exchange it or provide a refund. I was not informed of this when purchasing it! Then had a staff member say “You can give the t-shirt to someone you know if it doesn’t fit” however, no refund or exchange possible. I’ve never heard anything so ridiculous!

I was looking for a specific item. I was approached by a team member pretty quickly and she explained to me what they had and what they didn't have. To be talking to someone who just came out of their smoking break wasn't a pleasant experience. There are things that are good for refreshing ones breath. Treating every walking out customer as a thief? I wouldn't call it a good customer service. I don't have to show you what I purchased in another store. I haven't been in your store for 7 years and have no intention of coming back for another 10.
