These guys were so lovely and caring. My mother spilt hand sanitizer on her brand new handbag which took the colour out of it, and after they explained what the situation was, they magically restored it in front of our eyes. We purchased the product that they suggested if it happens again. Thank you Mr Minit.

Ben the owner served me I needed a few trophy’s engraved told me to go do my shopping and he would have them done, not only were they on time they were amazing the free hand skills on Ben are second to none, highly recommended and got some keys cut there as well, such a wonderful person and I will definitely be using he’s services again

Staff were so rude and literally turned their back on me and ignored me when I was still speaking. It was so humiliating to be treated as an inconvenience and not even worth the courtesy of eye contact.
