They cover most things but the bigger store in Pambula is a lot lot better

Absolutely appalling service experience at Eden Mitre 10. Pambula Mitre 10 didn’t have enough of an item in stock for what my husband required, so they kindly called the Eden store to see if they had stock. Eden confirmed they did, in the quantity required, so I drove 20 mins to Eden to pick the items up. They were supposed to be ready for pickup from the Trade counter. The man at the Trade counter said there was nothing there, so I waited while he went and found the person who took the phone call. The lady who apparently looked and confirmed the item was in stock on the phone suddenly could not recall what the item was, nor where it was located?? I asked her how she confirmed an item was in stock if she did not know what the item was? I had taken a photo of the item at Pambula to make sure it was the same, which I showed her, yet she still ‘couldn’t remember’ it from 30 minutes before?! Two men then came to help her, all of whom could not locate the item. She then blamed Mitre 10 Pambula for giving her the wrong code number, but she could not locate the item she apparently ‘checked’ while on the phone, nor was an incorrect item waiting at the counter for me if that really was what happened. An absolute debacle and complete waste of my time.

Had the best service … needed a fitting for caravan.. the guy cut the pipe, found a fitting for us … best service. Oh and I got a blow up snowman for Christmas.. winning!

One of the most tidiest hardware stores that I have ever been in everything was neatly arranged on the shelves even the tins of paint had all the labels showing in a word EXCELLENT

Funny staff. I asked for gaff tape and the lady asked if I was going to rob the place. Lol. Good range of products.

Sadly overpriced some staff not up to speed with their product knowledge of generally available hardware items and products. Blank look's and searching their computers doesn't solve a customer's immediate needs. He or she goes there for choice of brands and to buy quality known brands immediately.to save time and money. These outlets have a very limited inventory. Definitely not helpful if you have no choice or nil stock or want a premium brand or want specific products in general WITHOUT WAITING FOR IT TO COME IN . Building, Household, Gardening, & Electrical all very limited and very often to one product range.....all very poor from a customer service point of view. The owners are convinced they have a monopoly they Must be ??? so you the poor old customer is stuck with several Mitre Tens without a decent quality general inventory Hardware outlet among them. I've surveyed my Architects and high quality builders, quantity surveyors and the many Sapphire coast Trades I've used all seem to agree that their NOT UP TO SCRATCH. Let's hope Bunnings gets to the Bega valley soon. Competition desperately needed. Locals in despair.Many order online from Bunnings it's cheaper and more reliable to wait a day or two for delivery . Very sad for people that want to build home's or several and create jobs and employment because of a lousy Monopoly. Come on down further south Bunnings please soon!!! Then everyone can get on with work, jobs and building prosperity for all not just the limited inventory limited thinking people owning the local limited hardware outlet take choice away takes customer's away.

No customers service . A frail man who purchased a big bail of hay had to carry it to his car when there was 2 able staff to assist him. I ended up carrying it for him as l was discussed that he was made to do so. Also on two separate occasions l purchased silicon and both times the nosiles were thrown at me. No costumer service. Discussing.
