The old man was very rude, impatient and not interested to serve because I have a small car scent to buy.He didn't not have knowledge about the the clearance prices instead of looking into or help he said too busy for this see someone else. Which was absolutely unacceptable behaviour in customer service.Young lady served me after all and she was much helpful.

Go to the store and ask for advice on LED headlights, no mention of not fitting, no mention of ADR approved. Try to fit them and guess what..... they don't fit. Go back to the shop and you get told the above plus they don't do refunds of LED for that reason. Next time I will just pick anything and hope for the best........ oh and they can keep the receipt its not worth the paper its printed on.

You can explain your situation via the phone then get told all is good, come down and we can fix the issue. Once there get turned around and told sorry we can't help you. Absolute waste of time

I'd give one particular guy a 5 star for being the only server in the whole store, everyone else doesn't care about customers and aren't very nice either so 1 star but thanks to the one bloke that does help people out.

Mates car broken down, Rang up about a part they had in stock to fix and asked staff member to put aside for us he said no worries. Went in to pick up and they didn’t have the part, hugely unhelpful now have to drive to Ballarat and back again from their incompetence.

Shocking customer service, very rude young lady at counter while trying too exchange a simple unused and fully packaged windscreen wiper, had to buy the 50mm smaller wiper, wouldn't exchange, Repco now have trushield 550mm wiper at front counter if anyone wants a free one, no use to me

I was in the Repco store on MondayHad few issues with my car.Where parts where hard to get and the store manager went above and beyond and soured parts from an other store.And I had my parts the same dayOutstanding effortThanks Repco team for getting me back on the road.I will differently will be returning here for all my automotive requirements
