My husband and I have engaged LandTeam in the recent years and find them to be the most competent Surveyors in the Illawarra. They are very diligent and we are always very satisfied with the quality of their surveys - we wouldn't trust any another Surveyor. The customer service from Holly and the admin team is fantastic, they are always ready to help us, making our work much easier. Highly recommended.

Puzzled by the negative reviews, I find this Company extremely professional and I refer many Clients to them for positive interactions. Thanks for you help, Peter and the Team.

Slow to respond, over complicates matters maybe to justify $$$

So I looked at the reviews and thought fair enough, two sides to every story. I reached out to this company seeking assistance for a job that required structural assessment. It was before Christmas 8/12/20 and they advised they were busy and wouldn't be able to do anything before then. Again fair enough, expectation set. The gent I spoke with asked me to send my information and diagrams to him to review for the purpose of supplying a quotation. That was the 8th December 2020. On 27 Jan 2021, 7 weeks on still no response. So sent a follow up email on 27 Jan and still no response 10 Feb. Sorry there's no excuses for not responding to customer enquiries. Very poor indeed.

Do not recommend, Told 1 thing and when it comes down it told another, Communication terrible, Liers that just want you're $$$
