This dental practice is run by a team of wonderful professionals who efficiently deal with your dental needs. Likewise, the receptionists are very polite and accommodating.During covid this practice especially stood out, extending their professionalism for dental emergencies whist adhering to covid protocol- something which other dental practises were not capable of achieving .For these reasons I thoroughly recommend BUPA Dental Burwood.

Bupa Dental Burwood
I had a wisdom tooth removed in what felt like a medieval process. The dentist pulled on my tooth so aggressively for such a long period of time I started crying and asked if he was trying to break my jaw. It was only then he started using the drill. My Face was super swollen the next day and pain agonising. Giving 2 stars as receptionist was super lovely and empathetic. Which I can’t say for the nurse as she told me ‘crying isn’t going to help you’.

Great people. No delays. Everything was well explained and prices were given ahead of time to ensure there were no surprises. The oral hygieneist was very lovely and very friendly. The dentist was also very professional and friendly.

Bupa Dental Burwood
Had my first visit to Bupa Dental Burwood today and was seen by Dr Jiang. I’m usually a little anxious but this was a great visit from start to finish. They were on time, the surgery is clean, and Dr Jiang was thorough and explained everything to me as he went. What’s more, no gap as a Bupa member!

This review is especially for Susan at reception. She is a lovely staff member who helped me immensely. I have seen Dr Moon till now and she has been marvelous too. Thanks to the whole clinic for a great overall experience.

Bupa Dental Burwood
Went for my first check up. I never had any issues with teeth. Staff were friendly and the person who took my x-rays explained me issue of my teeth. She was quite talkative and engaged me in talking to other issues so that I don’t concentrate on my cleaning process.Overall very good experience.I did realise that dentist treatment is very expensive though in Australia.

It was my first visit. The receptionists were polite, and the dentist Sarah and her ass’t were super kind. I am happy with the treatment I have received. The machines are modern and clean.

Bupa Dental Burwood
Had my first check and clean here. Booking was easy, and the dentists are available roughly within the allocated time.The facility is cleaned and tidy, and the staff is friendly. Overall the service has been excellent.Whilst I do not look forward to visiting a dentist, this practice has certainly made it better.
