I was ripped off by Suraj, 6 product descriptions for $16Compared to people charging $27 per product description, they are one stingy person.Cheap quality products aka dropshipping store.

I am a great fan of Interior Secrets. Their furniture is unique and interesting and beautifully made. Their service is exceptional and the prices are reasonable

Great customer service, delivered on time and our dining table looks just like the photos on the website. Planning to revisit the store in a few weeks to fit out our lounge area.

We were disappointed with the returns process. When I called to arrange a return of a few small items, we were told there should be no problem doing this or getting a refund.Two weeks after I sent the items back, having received no contact from the company, I called, and five minutes later I was given a refund over PayPal (if felt as though my refund had been forgotten about), however the refund was around 25% less than what I paid.When I emailed to find out why, I was told I had been deducted both the cost of shipping the item to me, and the cost of shipping the item back (which worked out to be approximately the cost of one of my three items, that I had now lost). Apparently this was in the fine print of the returns policy but this wasn’t really made clear to me.I emailed again politely to get some clarification, but never received a reply (over a week ago). Disappointed with the expensive returns policy and communication. The quality of the product seemed good however.

Very happy with quality and range at Interior Secrets. My only negative is that the goods are delivered but no effort is made to assist with placement of goods or removal of packaging.

Had such a good experience here, the staff was so friendly and helpful. Loving my new coffee table and armchair!
