Yo-Chi

Really nice great frozen yogurts and a pretty decent selection of toppings and things to add. There are a few different yogurt flavours so it's nice to try different combinations each time. The place can get quite busy but because of how you serve yourself it moves pretty quickly so it's always pretty quick and easy to get your frozen yogurt hit. It's not the cheapest place but definitely worth it for something so nice and good quality. It's really good to as you can control your portion, you can get just a bit or really pig out and get a massive serve which is great fun when you're really feining it.

Refreshing and light icecream yoghurts with a nice choice of toppings including healthy fresh fruit. Although my kids didn't choose any fresh fruit. lol

Since I have seen quite a few people lining up for this place and very one talking about it , I thought I’d give it a try .Yo- Chi has quite a few locations , and seem to keep expanding, and have a few options even if you have different dietary requirements .The space is nice - open and airy - and the place was very clean when I went . ( The koala mascot is also quite cute .)But I’m obviously in the minority here , when I’m trying to figure out how people like the place so much .Working out the youghurt machines are pretty self explanatory , and again there are a few options. I got strawberry and mango - which some fruity toppings . Everything is weighed so you control what you have . So far so good .But when I sat and tried the strawberry youghurt , it tasted overly sweet and the real strawberries tasted of nothing . The lychees obviously were from a can and their flavour was also strange . The mango yoghurt was better , with a pretty true taste , but all the fruit toppings had very little flavour . I mostly avoid gluten ( being intolerant, I saw it for very special occasions) , so I didn’t have any chocolate options because their were none , except for some chocolate “dirt “ I suppose if you had some sweets or chocolate or would mask the taste of the frozen yoghurt ??I don’t usually say horrible things about places , but it’s become so popular I thought it must be good … unfortunately not .What I did like was the free water ( plain or sparkling) , the fact that the place was clean , had plenty of seating and tables for your laptop if you wanted to work and study . In addition to the fact that everything was clearly labeled with dietary requirements, and was well set up .So Yo-Chi has obviously got a good formula going .It does make for good Insta pictures….

The staff who were on were amazing. Brook, Jess and Nathaniel were welcoming and friendly. Our group of 6 were greeted with a smile and had a great time while we were in store.We are looking forward to returning tomorrow night.

Excellent quality yoghurt with good choice of extras to add. Not too sweet. Friendly and professional service. Highly recommend.

Customer service was fantastic, everyone so bubbly and friendly. Frozen yoghurt was good and didn’t taste different to soft serve which was good for me as I usually can’t tolerate yoghurt that’s too powerful in sourness. Toppings are easy to overdo, so be careful or can feel very heavy.

Super friendly service and genuinely the cleanest restaurant we’ve been in for a long time. We came in while it was busy and Elisha made sure that my kids and I were being looked after, after she saw me struggling to calm them down. Even offered them the chance to enter the colouring in competition and distract them. We will definitely be back.

Very popular icecream place with a very wide variety of toppings. The best part is the location within Glenelg and opens till late on weekdays (10:30pm).

Staff friendly and helpful.8 flavour choices, so many toppings and scale is set so bowl weight is subtracted.Free samples available and so kid friendly. Would give 10 stars if possible
