I have had nothing but excellent service from this chemist. Fast turn around on prescriptions, always confirming what type of medication I want. Other items I need are always stocked, and their efficiency and professionalism when dealing with a multitude of people wanting boosters was excellent.

I recently came in for advice on a female health issue & the pharmacist (I think her name was Stephanie, I’ve not seen her before) was so incredibly helpful. The kindness & time she took to assist me was fantastic & the knowledge she has is really second to none. I’m not sure if she works all the time but what an asset to your business if she does. I’ll definitely be coming back & telling my friends in the area that this is the pharmacy to go to. Thanks so much for the assistance

I am never getting my prescriptions filled here again. The elderly pharmacist with the arrogant and EXTREMELY rude manner has messed up my prescriptions more than twice. He has dispensed my medication in the entirely wrong doses most recently. He has given totally inaccurate information about medications. He doesn’t read what’s on the actual prescriptions. He was so rude to my mum - who kindly asked him about a certain medication she needed, and for no reason other than that he is just plain angry and rude. He needs to retire. He is seemingly too old to be undertaking such an important role which affects peoples’ LIVES. When he was called out on it, he only gets ruder and more aggressive. Even other staff members seem to know what he’s like. I wanted to support this local pharmacy but for my life’s sake I won’t be going back.

I was walking past and just thought I’d check to see if they could do a booster shot (no worries if they couldn’t) the woman I asked pulled a face and rolled her eyes at me. Asked the pharmacist who was also really unimpressed. Said can’t do them today.A simple ‘I’ll check’ and ‘no we are too busy today’ was all that was needed.No need for the rude attitude.

Rodney you are amazing!! This chemist is absolutely fabulous and the best one in the area I have ever been to. All the staff are super helpful and friendly and it is such a pleasure to go there and they also deliver. They always help and always get what you need. It has helped me get through several illnesses lately as well as provide the non script items and all the beauty products as well. Thank you Priceline Caulfield. You are better than outstanding!!! <3 :)

Disappointing and shortsighted customer service.Asked the pharmacist to certify a photo ID and was given every passive-aggressive excuse under the sun by the older pharmacist why it wouldn’t be done, concluding with that he would be busy for the next 30 minutes and would then go home.Walked into their larger pharmacy competitor and it was done on the spot.Priceline Pharmacy just lost a customer who shopped there for a decade, over a 5 second task.

I have the highest praise for this wonderful pharmacy. All the staff have treated me and my family with respect, professionalism and kindness. We would never go elsewhere. I particularly want to mention Rodney, the Pharmacist in charge. Many times he has gone way above what one could expect in order to help me. He is so competent and thorough, we trust him completely.Thank you Mr and Mrs Fleischer for building up such an excellent local resource.

Called for some medication from the compound pharmacy, the pharmacist made it up same day and was super helpful

The female staff member was so rude with clients in the line! She ignored me some time & abrupt answered when I asked why she talks to customers in such a tone. If she does not have the brain capacity to have basic customer service skills then she should be packing shelves instead - or God knows this pharmacy needs it.
