EB Games - Warringah Mall

Just to let everybody knows that this company, EB Games are nothing, but a bunch of Charlatans, crook and thief, where they sell faulty good and knowing that the goods might be faulty as acknowledged by their salesperson. Moreover, they refused to exchange or refund, they are just a xxxx profiteers.On 16 of Feb 2019 we purchased a ROBLOX card for $50 for our grandson, who does not live in Sydney . It happened that this card game was faulty and did not work at all. Today (24/3/19) my wife took the card back to the shop to get a new one. To our surprise the salesperson refused to change the card or replace it with a new one. She said you are not the only one

Not a great experience in store - the guy behind the counter today was arrogant and rude , perhaps lacking the social and communication skills required for a customer facing role. Will not go back, will stick to online shopping for a better experience

The Warringah Mall EB is my local EB, and I've always had the best experiences with the staff. Everyone who works there is super friendly and helpful and will do everything they can to make sure everything goes right! Good on your Warringah EB team!

Long queue (pre Christmas) but staff working diligently to get through customers as quickly as possible. I bought a couple of store vouchers, my only complaint was that they didn't have an envelope to put them in.

Big shout out to Sarah, that helped me with my trades and orders today. Very friendly and kind she did her best to help me to get the best out of my purchases.Also thanks to Ryan that came along to help.Love EB games staff, always friendly and treating us with a kind smile on their face even over a public holiday.
