Extremely expensive quote for brake pads, service and a repair of over $4500.00. Their quote was higher than BMW main dealer.Attempting to take advantage of a customer is not acceptable.Highly recommend not using this workshop!

Would love to give a 5 star review, the service and knowledge is awesome and cant be faulted. Just annoyed that they never followed up twice for me, once was a price on a replacement part - just ghosted me, i ended up getting it myself and a second time the same thing happened.

From the first call to book my car in the team have been nothing short of sensational. The online book in survey was quick and easy, allowing me to give some extra info to the guys working on the vehicle.Amazing customer service from Bekk and also Ben and easy communication and info back and forth during the process. I collected the car in fantastic order and I will most definitely be back again. I will be highly recommending Accelerate and their team to everyone.
