One day before we went to the beach, me and Seamus went to Sans Souci KFC. The finger lickin good fast food franchise fails to fail at San Souci, providing a succulent and delectable experience that supplements any lifestyle. After a short wait, my Zinger Box (undisputed best meal) with an Orange Juice was ready, and the first thing I noticed was the aroma of oil, the sense of sovereignty, and the feeling of pure ecstasy. When I finally ate my meal, I was delighted by the real chicken I tasted, and all of its deep fried goodness. The chips were relatively good, and the potato and gravy is best utilised as a dipping sauce for the wicked wings and burger. Combined with the refreshing release of my cleansing beverage, my stomach was filled and satisfaction maximised. It should be noted that the online orders are normally very unreliable, and sometimes the customer service too.It is for these reasons I have rated KFC San Souci as I did, an overwhelming positive experience tainted by factors independent of the great food. 3/5 - Logan, Chief Financial Officer, InDaMedia Ratings.

This is the filthiest good shop I have ever been to. Tables are not cleaned, floor is dirty and full of rubbish, outdoor tables and chairs are full of bird poo. The toilet walls, floors and fittings are disgustingly dirt - sales assistants crumple - not fold - the top of the food bag before handing it to you! KFC this store is disgraceful and unhygienic. Bayside Council do your job and send your health inspectors out there.

Quick service and friendly stuff. Food is less greasy and properly cooked. and not burned like second time cook of previously cooked food as many other does.

I bought hot and crispy ans as usually got cold and soggy. The chips were soggy. The staff unfriendly and didn't care when I was waiting for service. I've had better experience at other KFCs so I think it's only sans souci

Slowest KFC in all of australia. Only 5 people in the shop but all of stood around waiting 20+ minutes for our orders. I only ordered a regular popcorn chicken at 11 am...

So I've been to this absolute travesty of a KFC a few times and I simply asked for crispy chips. And depending what liar is working you'll get a different answer. Today at 13:20 the child manager with attitude who claims to be another manager tells me it's against their policy.You rarely get the right order and to be frank it's a complete joke.Avoid this joke KFC at all costs.And their head office and owners need a good hard look at themselves.

If we could give negative star, we would. The food wasn't hot enough, restaurant was dirty, staff is very inefficient. We waited forever only to have to come back twice for missing items. Very disappointed at the service and would never come back here again

Went through the drive-through at 6pm on Friday night. Ordered 6 pieces of original chicken along with a couple other items. Proceeded to payment window to be informed that they had ‘run out of original chicken’ How can KFC run out of their signature chicken by 6pm on Friday night? Left with no food and very angry. Won’t be going back. They will not be taking my money!

The place is very, very dirty. The staff seem a bit ignorant and it's just unfortunately one of those stereotypical suburbs that just has a hit and miss fast food scene. It's a shame because the area itself is a lovely place.
