Lost shirt and have refused to compensate or even call me back. Over a month of chasing this dry cleaner for a brand new lost MJ Bale business shirt purchased 6 weeks ago. I have called and gone into their Summer Hill branch more than 7 times enquiring about the status of my lost shirt. They have been constantly dodging me and telling me their boss ‘Paul’ will call me. It has been over a week and no calls and he is never there. Customer service is terrible and no accountability. Highly advice to go somewhere else!!! How businesses respond when things go wrong is a great measure of their customer service. This business has none. $120 down the drain.

For such exorbitant prices I expected better. When I went to collect my jacket it took the lady ages to find it as my name had been mispelt on the docket that was issued. Plus, there was this tag left on the jacket grubby all over"."

Extremely rude and unprofessional! How would you trust a service if they are so impolite to you on the phone!?

I gave a winter coat and maxi dress for getting taken up last week. They charged me $75 and the result is painful.The brand new Tommy Bahamas dress that I haven't worn yet shorten at least 6-7 cm up the ankle. They pinned it for me on ankle but the alteration got it cut shorter than the pin.. they ruined my dress style...The cashmere winter coat shorten but doesn't stay flat at the bottom...This place is not professional at least for alteration... never go there...

Do not use this dry cleaners. I bought a cushion cover for them to dry clean, it had a very minor spill on it. I specifically told them it must be dry cleaned only and the woman agreed and said they would dry clean it for me.I just picked it up and it is ruined. It was a sandy brown colour and it is now a disgusting pink. It has shrunk from it's original size. I asked the woman what had happened and she behaved as if nothing was wrong. I told her the colour was changed and she told me that they had washed it rather than dry cleaning it. I asked her why she did that when I specifically asked her not to do that and she just looked at me confused.So they have ruined a very expensive silk weaved cushion cover, ignored my request for them to dry clean it, machine washed it and charged me $20 for the privilege of doing so.NEVER EVER GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS.

I work in retail and Maurice pretty much dry cleans 99% of the luxury brands uniforms from fendi, Prada to Gucci from in and around the CBD.Their CBD branch collects and sends garments to summer hill to be cleaned. Long way out but still got it returned for next day pick up.The CBD branch ladies are extremely helpful and warm.Always got my uniform and personal garments altered and serviced on time and as required.Highly recommend Maurice

I have been going here for years but after multiple disappointing experiences I will not be returning. They ruined a pair of Acne pants, and the last item I took here (a coat) was only cleaned on the exterior, leaving several spots on the interior of the coat completely untouched. Poor attention to detail.
