Would give Zero stars if I could too! Absolute rubbish of a company! Nearly 4 weeks since my order and haven’t even received tracking info! Their 1800 number keeps looping and doesn’t connect through. They have autobots reply to online web enquires and are emailing automated replies via email. They have never once actually read my emails and addressed them. I have waited well over their advertised shipping delays of 8-20 days and still nothing. Have referred to PayPal for refund as they won’t respond to my request to cancel my order and will send complaint to ACCC. Just made organising Xmas much more difficult!

Absolute rubbish. 2 weeks and my item has not even left dispatch. After emailing/messaging and calling I’ve been told it could be up to 21 days dispatch. Merry Christmas!

Save your time. Paid for express shipping & there website advertises 1-4 days delivery. Been 1.5 weeks and my order hasn't even left their Warehouse nor been acknowledged. Staff got back to my emails a few days later pretty much saying they are busy!0/5 stars if i could.

I advise anybody never leave orders by Wilson because after 22 days I couldn't receive my orders and no answer clearly about my orders.

25 days and my order still hasn't left the warehouse. Finally received a reply to my enquiries today basically saying sorry we are busy, so I will not have gifts arrive in time for Christmas now despite placing the order more than 2 weeks before their advertised Christmas cut off. Disorganised and useless company with poor customer service.

I bought a heap of items in late Nov as Xmas presents for the kids. On December 20 I get an email from Wilson informing me that my order is cancelled and I’m getting refund. Not happy Wilson….now I’m faced with finding a Plan B just days before Christmas!

One star is over rated - exactly the same as all other comments. Ordered in November and still waiting. Emailed them but no response until today saying on board for delivery.....If you want the product before 6 weeks then shop elsewhere.

Absolute rubbish customer service. Ignored my order for two weeks until I contacted them. Still have not received the items after 5 weeks purchase.
