Only option in Lismore for PC parts but good service and range. Prices are OK, not the cheapest but they need to make a profit.

Our business has been using Mobile IT to purchase computer hardware and to help with any software glitches with our network for many years. In that time they have always been a great support and prompt with their service.

We use Mobile It at Biztax Services for all our IT support and equipment. Ramin and his staff are always really helpful, promptly come to our office if needed and happy to teach us to fix basic problems ourselves.

So happy to have used this Company. Quick service, arrived the same day and took minimal time to organise our computers and mobile fones tosecure connections. I can definitely recommend this service if you have computer or fone troubles. Plus, the charges were very reasonable for the personal, in home services and work done. Ten out of ten from us!

Disabled, home located customer, I can't lift heavy things, they made a big effort to collect my dead and heavy PC and returned after repair in a short turn around time. Repair and parts is good value for money in Lismore. As at 01/10/2020 It's conked out again due to dust build up (I think, shorted the Power supply) and will be asking their help again

took in a friends hard drive to be saved as it had died... when i went back they told me over 180 to fix it... owner didnt want to pay that much, so it was given back to me in pieces, and i was charged 70 dollars for them doing nothing!!! i felt incredibly ripped off by these people, and to give it back in pieces disgraceful!!! to finally add insult to rip off pricing .. another friend connected hard drive to a windows 10 computer and it just read it... so almost nothing wrong but they wanted to charge so much... i made a vow to never go to IT again and also to tell other people about the incredibly un professional service i received.... and i overheard them trying to decide how much to charge me! they had no idea and made it up on the spot!! ive heard they were rips but this proved it to me! never again!!!

I BOUGHT A COMPUTER AND HAD NOTHING BUT TROUBLE WITH IT. $ 100. BEFORE I EVEN WALK INTO THE SHOP. THEN THEY KEEP IT FOR DAYS. THE COMPUTER KEPT SHUTTING DOWN BECAUSE WHEN THEY BUILT THE COMPUTER THEY DID NOT INSTALL FANS TO KEEP THE MACHINE COOL. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO MOBILE IT AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANY BODY. I HAVE MY COMPUTER EXPERT HE IS HONEST HE HAS INSTALLED NEW FANS IN TO MY COMPUTER. NO MORE MOBILE IT FOR ME !!!! YES OF COURSE YOU WOULD SAY WHAT YOU HAVE ! MY REVIEW IS THE ONLY UNHAPPY ONE ON YOUR SITE, AND FAKE REVIEW MY ASS, AND WHY WAS YOUR ANSWER THERE HAS BEEN NO RECENT RECORD OF THIS, THE WORDS YOU USED (( MOST RECENT)) AND YOU KNOW I WOULD NOT BE BOTHERED FOLLOWING THIS UP WITH YOU CAUSE YOU WOULD DENY EVERY THING ANY WAY. BUT AS STATED I HAVE FOUND A VERY HONEST RELIABLE COMPUTER TECH WHO DOES NOT CHARGE ME A DIME TO WALK IN THE DOOR. I JUST WANTED TO HAVE MY SAY AND PUT MY POINT ACROSS THERE ARE PEOPLE OUT THERE THAT HAVE HAD PROBLEMS WITH MOBIL IT AND I THINK IT IS ABOUT TIME PEOPLE SPOKE UP. DONT BE AFRAID SAY WHAT YOU HAVE TO SAY. IF YOU HAVE BEEN DONE BY A BUSINESS THEN THAT BUSINESS NEEDS TO BE REPORTED .
