Withdrawn some cash from the self serve check out. Machine gave me a counterfeit $50 bill, CBA confirmed and took it and didn’t returned to me. Went back to Woolworths and checked with the manager for the solution, he told me to prove that $50 bill was from Woolworths and started blaming me you may have got it from some where else and making it up. When I asked him okay you are not going to help me at store level, give me the head office number to discuss, rather then helping he replied google it….Now received a phone call from CBA that as per federal police you will not get credit.Now lost $50 which was not my error as it was withdrawn from the self serve checkout at Woolworths point cook. Woolworths why you are feeding counter fit notes in your machine ……

The store is very big and has lots of options. Spacious and clean! Shopping here every time when I came shopping at point Cook, the service is pretty good too. Shopped at 13 Jan 23 afternoon, lovely deli lady and good service from self service staff. Pleasant shopping experience today!

In point cook town centre the deli has minimal choice of meats compared to Coles, and likewise in the choice of bread. Yet if you go to hopper's crossing woolies it's much better. I can't understand how 2 woolies can be so different !

It's a shame that they didn't have those yummy British Pork Sausages that we bought last week. They had everything else we needed.
