Thanks for your help after an accident. I was referred to these guys from NRMA. These guys are helpful and friendly. They were able to get my vehicle completed to meet my business deadlines. I had a need to return the vehicle for a minor tail gate adjustment. They fixed it on the spot in 10 minutes. The staff all have head sets on and every person knows what is happening making dealing with the owner / admin / repair staff a breeze. This allows you to explain yourself once and the team there are all on board. Top level operation compared to others I have dealt with. Thanks for your level of care.

True professionals! I was pleasantly surprised with the service I received. I didn't have to wait long for my car to be inspected and booked in. They even organised for a taxi to take me home after I dropped my car off and another taxi back to them. I would recommend this guys without a doubt.

Car was repaired here as part of an NRMA claim for rear end collision. Customer service was good but poor workmanship on repairs. From afar repairs looked okay, but on closer inspection noticed several defects:1) Interior was entirely covered with dust. I assume the windows must have been left down when sanding exterior.2) Body paint was over sprayed onto rear windshield.3) Large gap on left side of boot compared to the right side.4) Boot interior does not lay completely flat, boot must still be pushed in.5) Rear end squeaks consistently while driving.

Ok, I know historically they have had a bad feedback. I spoke to them about it and effectively it was the previous owners before they were ARM. I was hesitant due to these reviews, but I went ahead with them.First my assessment was slightly delayed but was completed accordingly.Because my car was new parts were coming from overseas. And they moved my repair date according to arrival of the part but booked place holders. Eventually they replaced the front bumper bar. Completed in 48 hrs but advised fog lights need to be ordered as they discovered it was damaged from the back.Experience otherwise has been great the workmanship was very good. And they were a very friendly group. I had to go back to get warranty on minor shift and they took care of it.I recommend them

Terrible place of choice for repair. Didn’t even bother to repair the internal damages (which i didn’t know of until i changed repairers), only repaired the damaged panels and front bumper, hiding internal damage. Even the panels were unaligned, paint colour didn’t match with rest of the car. They tried convincing me that bumper and panel paint wont look the same as factory paint ever again. Took it back twice for the external damage and still couldn’t do a proper job. Had an assessor assess the damage and changed repairers to find out there were more damage internally. New repairer done a good job. This place is pathetic don’t waste your time. Useless, i don’t even know how they’re still in business.

Given the car 3 weeks ago after involving in an accident and was told at the time of appointment that it will take 8-10 days. I still have not received the car and they do not provide with a courtesy car as well. Very frustrating. Receiving messages that car may be ready for pickup but when the pick up date comes then they have another story to tell. Given on 26/04/2021 and still waiting. NRMA is not helping at all too.

Not a bad repairer. I was however quoted for 5 days repair, but ended up being 10 days so I had to shell out more for the rental car. The car was fixed to my expectation and customer service was good, albeit a bit slow on the paper work side.

This is the worst car repair service centre that we have come across. Even 1 star is too much. A few years ago, we had a car accident. Repairs were poorly done and half of the repairs were not even completed. Lodged a complaint with the insurance company and then the repairs were completed. Then, a few weeks ago we dropped off our car for painting. We were given the wrong drop off date for the car. Then, a week later the insurance company told us to pick up the car as our claim was not going to be processed. We called up the service centre and told them that we will pick up the car on Friday afternoon after work. They did not even know that the claim had been cancelled. We dropped off the car hire and called the service centre to let them know that we were on our way to pick up our car. The person at the reception didn't have any clue that the claim had been cancelled. She said they were closing at 4.30pm. We reached just after 4.30pm. My husband said to the guys that the closing time on the website is 5.30pm and we had to rush to pick up the car. The guy said What's the big deal?". What if we had not called to let them know that we were coming to pick up the car? Then

My dealings with ARM from the get go was awesome, from Evan inspecting my cars damage, to Cloe on the counter dealing with my information, to Abdul who was making sure all was correct for my repairs.I dropped the car in on Friday 15th Jan early and have just picked the vehicle back up 20th of Jan, they advised 10 days to do the repair, but it was done within 4 days. I was impressed to say the lest and very well looked after.I have to say the job done on my car was great, everyone I dealt with, was honest and straight forward and were very customer friendly and attentive to everything i asked of them.I will tell people who need work done to there vehicles, to go to this organisation, awesome job guys and gals.If you like my review please click on the blue hand and give me some experience, and I'm glad you could help me out...

I recently had the misfortune of having my car repaired here. NRMA told me I had to use them as they were their preferred repairer. They completed the work fast but when I checked the boot of the car someone had stolen expensive items that were in the boot. The management aggressively told me that if it was in the car bad luck, fair game, go away. Outright refused to check security cameras. They care more about protecting dishonest employees (or maybe even management) than looking after customers. Also, NRMA were not interested in helping either.
