What a refreshing experience to first of all contact Teresa then on to Robbie in the service dept. who arranged a time for me to be at their work shop with my mower. I arrived at the nominated time to be met by Brendon a young man who was very polite and subsequently helped me to remove my mower from the trailer. He told me a time (1 hour ) and when I got back he had not only had done the job but explained what he had done. He the then loaded the mower onto the trailer and I proceeded to payment and was very happy with the price. Would recommend WSB to anyone.
