Ness is really great at explaining things and helped us immensely with Bennie’s separation anxiety. She was always available to answer my questions and helped me understand what was going on.

Ness is amazing! She helped us get our dog (Brody) from 5 seconds to 2 hours. And we're still going! She was incredibly helpful in evaluating Brody's anxious behaviors and which were just bits of protest. She also helped keep me on track with consistency in training because that is truly the way to overcoming separation anxiety. She was extremely thorough in explaining everything and was always available to answer questions or look at videos if I was unsure. 10/10!

Working with Ness has been a pleasure. She is honest, helps to set realistic goals, and has a genuine interest in helping to build up our pup's confidence. She worked with us every week and was a great sounding board when we were stressed or getting impatient. We're fully invested in the process and have a good grasp of how to continue the training on our own. The app is really handy, too. A great way to record our progress and communicate directly with Ness. I would recommend Ness to anyone who, like us, feels as though they've tried everything and needs some expert guidance.

Ness was wonderful with helping our Lola to cope being by herself. It was always easy to communicate with her and she constantly provided quick updates and constructive feedback.

Ness showed great flexibility in agreeing to take us on. I’d been training with a similar method for some time and wanted a second opinion on whether to backtrack to 2 mins or keep pushing on. Ness offered a bespoke bundle of sessions, reviewed and responded to my videos (usually within 12 hours!) and was easy to speak with on the zoom calls. We’ve just aced 2 hours and I even got to have lunch in a coffee shop without a dog! Thank you Ness for giving me the confidence to trust what I’m seeing and for validating my approach.
