I worked for a major lift company for twenty years selling large commercial lifts. Since now retired I have been looking for a home lift. When I rang the office I was sent the information requested and organised a visit. All communication I have had with the company has been very professional. I just can’t speak highly enough of the lift and the company. If anyone living in Gippsland and want to see a working lift contact the Compact Lifts offices to organise a visit. Thanks Compact.

The initial consultation to Installation, service calls, and the reliability of the unit have exceeded our expectations. The elevator is not intrusive where we have it installed. I have not negotiated the stairs since the unit was installed. It is very attractive and it blends in very well with our set up. Highly recommend the unit to anyone whose agility or mobility is restricted. The recommended installer was an absolute perfectionist and the elevator gives the impression of original build.

We have our lift almost 5 years now after my 2nd knee replacement we were thinking we'd have to move when a friend who had a lift offered us to try it. We did and were immediately convinced this was for us.We contacted Compact Lifts and arranged a visit from them to discuss..All went well and we had our lift installed.The men who installed it were professional and friendly. From day 1 we haven't had any problems.After a recent hip replacement and living upstairs" our lift is invaluable to us. I simply wouldn't be able to live here without it.I highly recommend Compact Lifts. Great service and company."

He worked continuously without a break until the job was done . Our Compact Lift has been installed for two years and has provided care free running, necessary now because a medical condition means my wife cannot climb the stairs in our two storey town house. The lift means we can stay in our home. The lift is of a simple, clean, modern design, unobtrusive and has none of the claustrophobic tendencies of some other small lifts which we investigated. Comparatively it is well priced. I suggest every two storey unit should have one! Congratulations on a great product.
