Amazing!! Called up last minute for some brake pad replacements. Even though they were busy he managed to fit me in and get us back on the rd to continue our holiday. 10/10

Went in for pink slip and an inspection. WILL NOT be returning. The woman “running the show” lacks sooo many customer service skills and skills in general. Sorry to the rest of the team for this negative review… but your only as strong as your weakest link. We wouldn’t expect anything less than things being done within the legalities of the law.Just to be clear…the issue is with the woman who answers the phone, makes bookings and greets customers!

Would not recommend this place with that lady working at the front desk. Swearing at her children in front of customers who are waiting in the reception area, lacks phone manners, never took down my details to create a formal booking (even after I insisted on leaving my phone number at least) and then didn’t know why I was there when I arrived to drop my car off. She is just plain rude in general!
