Qjuite a confusing store. Whilst they have most items that you need from day to day, it is a hard store to navigate and you can walk around in circles before finding the checkout and the exit. There needs to be more signage towards the checkout area.

Always come here. But today's experience was shocking. I always use the covid qr code upon entry. Today I had done so when a staff member stopped me and asked if I had done so. I said yes and wanted to continue shopping. Staff member says no you didn't. Excuse me I told you I have, I have the proof on my phone. It's not my fault you weren't bt the door doing you job when I signed in.By this time I'm fed up of them calling me a fibber, and produce the covid entry on the nsw app. No attempt to say sorry or my bad. If they cared so much about the rules, the lady behind the counter was not masked while setting up prior to them opening at 7am.

I love the customer service at woolworths, they are patient and caring. A few times, I've forgotten my wallet and they do not make me feel embarrassed, rushed or out of place. They've waited for me to come back plently of times. It's a wholesome feeling, almost like a family. A lady with glasses is so kind to me and my son. I'm not sure of the other lady's name I think it's starts with F. She may have a Greek or Macedonian ethic background. But overall my experiences with team members in this place are always friendly and should he commended on their hard work they put in to. Every staff memberin that place is always smiling, also the two young guys one used to stand at the door and hand put masks he has glasses.

Easy location for locals needing essentials, however very outdated. Woolworths time to put the DA in and knock the entire mall down for something more modern and useable as a local shopping mall with all the vacant land available.

Woolworths Metro Maroubra Beach
Used to go here regularly as it's convenient and close by, and the staff are really great. Having said that, since the refit they don't stock a lot of the things I used to buy and they seem to often run out of stock of things that are still there. So have started going elsewhere unless just after basics like milk, eggs.

This is a small store and doesn't have the same selection as the normal sized store. Could have more checkouts opened as I refuse to use their 'self service'. They got rid of their fresh bread section.Now they have changed all the stock around and it makes no sense. Not good. However, staff are friendly & helpful but I won't shop there anymore!!!
