Great place for snorkeling, diving, fishing and similar.Choice from great expensive to great discounted.Been a few times and received only good to even great service. ( Despite you may wait a bit for the best person in your desired range)

Fantastic range of products with reasonable prices. But I think where they come into their own is their customer service and after-sales service (when it's needed)... after finding something missing from an item I purchased, it only took an email to get it rectified. Package arrived 2 days after my email was sent! Sensational.

Waited for months to get to Perth adreno to buy a full kit to start spearfishAfter being told they would be the best place to buy everything and offer advice but after 30mins walking around in the store with no staff even saying hello or offering help I only brought my vouchers worth and left would have spent 10x that if I got help when I told the manager that I was disappointed she replied with , well we cleaning up after yesterdays sale and was quite rude about it . I'll take my money else where wouldn't have spent a dollar if I didnt have a voucher

Came for some fins and didn't really know what I was looking for. Staff were helpful and showed me a few tips and things to look for and got the perfect item for my budget.Will definitely be coming back when I want to upgrade or add to my freediving equipment.

The number 1 dive shop in Perth with the best team backing it. If you're wanting to learn to scuba or want any general knowledge on the subject, Chris Dodd is definitely the man to see. His knowledge and experience is unmatched - definitely the man to talk to on the subject.

Great store with a good range.There are rarely enough staff on roster for service/ assistance.My visit today took an hour and should have taken 15 minutes at most.A similar experience a week ago.I was hoping to try on an open cell wetsuit for sizing, I’d like to get it right as they aren’t cheap.The store has specific trial wetsuits available but only in men’s sizing. I’d like to think all people can get around diving and be comfortable when they invest in one of your wetsuits - so obviously this sucks!

After hearing great things, I was looking forward to visiting Adreno. Awful customer service to say the least. No greeting on arrival, nor was I asked if I needed assistance. The sales person only approached me once he saw me walking to the exit of the shop. After explaining what I was after, he gave a very vague offer of help and left me to sift through the large range of products while walking off to have a conversation of his own with a staff member. I exited and not a single staff member checked in on me. Disappointing, don't bother visiting.
