EB Games / ZiNG Pop Culture - Baldivis

Had a couple annoying questions for Teegan and Bonny today (I needed a reeaaaalyyy thin cable) but they were both really nice about it. Their cable selection wasn’t thin enough unfortunately but I wouldn’t hesitate to come back and ask if I had more specific cable needs.. great customer interaction!

Personally, the worst shopping experience ever and worst EB Games store in Perth that I’ve been too. Just go to Rockingham or Warnbro and save yourself the stress. They weren’t helpful, they don’t smile or make you feel welcome and don’t dare ask questions. It is just not worth it to me and not a cool vibe at all. I’m all about supporting local business but not at the expense of my own shopping experience.

The store is well stocked and the staff are generally helpful and friendly. The prices are a bit steep and you need to make sure to ask for a price match with JB Hifi or you will be ripped off $10-20 on all their games

More variety here than Rockingham and customer service is always super friendly, which reminds me of when I used to go in to EB Games over 10 years ago. Good to see their customer service base hasn't changed. Great store, friendly staff.

I went there the other day to get steep and fallout 76 for a great price due to their discounts, there where games, accessories for PC and console gaming and some collectables, the workers are also nice and friendly.

Zero stars, This was the worst customer service I had ever had ! My preorder was not delivered to the store until a week later then launch, on top of that was told by staff member that I didn’t preorder and demanded I show her a receipt even though it’s on my eb card, then pushed me on to another staff member who was busy with another customer took forever to get served and his solution was for me to buy another copy that was in the store and returned it when my game comes in. Then when I game came into the store they didn’t call me like they said They would I had to ring them to check up on it only to be told yeah it’s in we told customer service to email you even though I was waiting for a phone call from them not an email don’t bother with this store or company it’s not worth the hassle to get what you paid for from them

This is by far the BEST ebgames/Zing EVER!!! The staff were exceptional, the store was extremely clean. The shelves were well stocked, brand new items arrived that morning already on the shelves a few hours later. So much more choice. I think all eb games and Zing stores should be joined into 1.My new favourite store, I can't wait to take my Pokèmon and Harry Potter obsessed daughters. They are going to love it.
