Poor service. ATM is a scam. No cash out at register 2 product minimum, not even a minimum spend.

I found quite bad smell in their coffee. When I complaint about it then a lady manager behaved rude. When I came here to comment about it then saw alot of negative comment about that lady rudeness. Employees need good education not only just experience.

The renovations are excellent. Great food & even better coffee. The staff are very very friendly and love a chat while making your coffee. 5 stars

If you close at 10 pm, don’t say 10:30pm in Google!! This will mislead the customers!!! I arrived at 10:15 pm tonight trying to refuel my car, the staff said you close at 10pm and refuse to turn on the fuel dispenser. So disappointed about the experience here today.

Called in for Diesel and got great coffee and even better bacon egg cheese turkish toastie....two lovely ladies serving too!

Good afternoon people or is it?This morning I called into this BP on my motorcycle wearing a full face helmet and as many motorcyclists would know rather than take off all your gear to put on average of around $10 worth of fuel in I left my gear on, visor up of course and as i have done for many years now this went smoothly with no complaints. Lol I called back into this particular BP to refuel after my ride to which I was shocked to find that I was being refused and asked to remove my helmet, I flatly refused, not very happy after a chain of events during the coarse of today, I proceeded to walk in to complain and was locked out. Not very impressed I got back on my motorcycle and left and will not be returning. The distrust in this country has gotten way out of hand.

Best coffee ever.It is a shame to have only one person attending on weekends. He is doing a great job, providing excellent service.Management you are far behind on your performance.

BP Me App regularly fails there. Log on, all appears good, but doesn’t work. Then charges $1 for nothing and still had to pay full fuel amount on pump. Operator refused to discount the $1 charged by BP Me App.

Still under the debunked belief that mobile phone usage at petrol station (while not at a browser) is dangerous. Google it - no incident has been confirmed across the entire globe in the history of mobile phones and petrol stations.Also - high fuel prices and limited stock in store. Generally clean.
