As a mitsi car owner / customer i have dealt with a few Mitsubishi dealerships and up to now this is the one to go to both for new car sales and servicing...Has always been good experience so far...

Very good customer service. Very happy with the service.

After recently experiencing problems with my car, my mechanic was able to fix up the most of it. However, I needed mitsubishi to diagnose x2 warnings for me. I was stressed & concerned about how safe my car was. I called portside and Wayville Mitsubishi for assistance and received very robotic customer service and absolutely no intention help. I called Agostino Mitsubishi in nailsworth and the receptionist was kind, compassionate and extremely helpful straight away. She tried to understand my situation to work out how she could help. Knowing she was wanting and willing to help made me feel at ease after beginning to feel so helpless from my experience with Wayville and Portside. I have been so stressed, so, to receive compassionate customer service in this time has held me mentally in one piece. THANK YOU

Update 2023:Been here every year to get my car serviced, since 2020. Very good crew.This time the servicing team was even more helpful. I was running late, so I missed my loan car. But, they were so accommodative and supportive, they started work on my car as soon as I got there and delivered it within 1.5 hours ( for a 60k service) so, I could go to my next important appointment. My day was saved , thanks to them.Everyone was great, but a team member named Deale was super good. Very polite and helpful. Just made sure things got done smoothly. Thank you.2021:It's a good place. Men in the new car dealer office are very respectful. The female staff there is polite and decent but too serious and come across as if they don't care and full of attitude. But they are respectful. They just lack the energy the guys over there have.The car service department guys are great. Very helpful, polite and full of energy.

Lovely staff, very helpful had a nice test drive

Our experience at this dealership has been primarily with the service department. The service has been good to date. The parking is a little challenging at times and there are no 'bells and whistles' upon arrival with free coffee and muffins but the servicing prices are reasonable and the quotations accurate. Overall - I would be happy to recommend to others.

Came for logbook service. Fast, efficient service, with complimentary car wash. Prices very competitive, with the bonus of the Mitsu service centre having full access to ECU, providing proprietary service options you can't get with other chain mechanics.Service Manager Deale was friendly and informative and explained all necessary items in easy to understand English.Recommended!
