Dont know who you are Abbey but I have never done any flowers for you so how can you make this comment.

I never thought I'd rate a business, however, I always try to support local business and this time I was let down. I ordered flowers for my mums birthday with delivery and sadly she was disappointed. The flowers were wilted, bruised and brown (all white). #neveragain

I have been buying flowers from Gisborne Florist for over 20 years; birthdays, weddings; funerals; and just because. The flowers have always been impeccable and the arrangements delightfully creative. Recently, my parents celebrated their 50th Wedding Anniversary - there need not be a better occasion to lash out on flowers! The box arrangement that Gisborne Florist put together was absolutely splendid. In following the care instructions provided (as cut flowers are living/dying things) the flowers lasted a couple of weeks. I will continue to engage Gisborne Florist every time that I need flowers - be that for formal occasions and to simply brighten up the house every week!

Ordered on Friday.Specifically asked if flowers could be delivered Saturday morning before 10:00am.Arrived in Gisborne to find no flowers and the shop closed on Saturday's. Left a message saying I was not happy and would be contacting them on Monday and would expect a refund.Flowers arrived at 1:45pm obviously after the message was picked upWould never recommend and seriously not happy.

I was very disappointed and embarrassed by the flowers which were recently sent to a sick relative. We purchased an expensive arrangement with extras and what was delivered could have been purchased in a supermarket for a 3rd of the price. I would never recommend this florist.

Friendly staff, limited but nice selections of gifts and flowers!
