Worst agency ever - absolutely racist and threatened us when we expressed our concerns re the repair and paint work he did on our vehicle. We will be lodging a police complaint for how he treated us in full view of his staff members who were in shock when they saw how the owner of this shop treated us. He just couldn’t tolerate that we had dark skin. Shame on him. Real pathetic service and never will we ever use this shop ever. Worst job ever on the vehicle - complete waste of our insurance money!

Great job by this company, they were very professional and kept us fully informed throughout the whole process and were a pleasure to deal with. Would recommend them without hesitation.

I had my car towed to Holmes Panel and Paint on 12/05/22 due to an incident resulting in a damaged bonnet. It was the worst decision. They advised that the assessment date would be within the second week, which didn't happen because, according to them, the assessor contracted covid at the time and he was the only person capable of doing it. Following that episode, the communication was terrible, every time I tried to contact them would be as if I was upsetting them and it felt like they were doing me a favor. Assessment and repair dates were changed frequently and I never really knew what was going on with my car. I decided to speak with the manager and asked for more feedback, maybe a weekly update, and although he was keen to assist on the phone, the lack of feedback persisted. My car was finally ready to be collected on 2/08/22, almost 3 months later, and there was mould inside it, especially on the seat belts, probably from the car being closed in their yard all this time during a very humid period. The repair shop seems to be pretty busy, and I would think that they don't turn down any jobs, even if they're running over capacity. I would not recommend this repair shop, customer service is also very poor.

Told repair of damaged paintwork would take maximum four weeks. Eventually, into fifth week we rang to be told we could pick it up thursday of that week ... then delayed as they said job had not been completed. Finally rang on Monday to be told we could have picked it up on friday - if we had rung them. Told ready midday Monday as needed washing. Turned up and it was covered in dirt and paint from sanding performed on other cars. Had to wait while it was washed.Communication not too reliable.Relied on us to ring them.Hope panel and paint work completed, is more reliable than ability to communicate. (?)

Got van repaired, door wasn't fixed properly. Been calling , left messages. Have never been called back. Worst experience ever.

My car went to get here after a kangaroo jumped into it. They did an amazing job from start to finish!!

They are truly fantastic, I have gone through them with 2 accidents, and they are quick, professional, and easy.I go through homles after a horrible experience with insurance repairers.As its a private repair company, they need to do 2 assessments. Their own quote and then your insurer.Homles was great with me dropping my car off the day before prior to the assessment.I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.This is how business it meant to be done for car accidents.

Hi.My vehicle has been repaired since 12th of September for 5 weeks now. However, your repair centre hasn't repaired completely yet. You cancelled heaps of times already. Even if you are still waiting my vehicle part now. It's not reasonable. You are not specialist, must be an apprentice.When I pick up my vehicle I'm going to check inside my vehicle properly if I can find something wrong such as moulds or damage, I would complain to you. I have already checked on the Google review.If you are not able to repair my vehicle, you must give up in June when I visit your office. therefore you breach a duty of care. I will provide this issue to Coles insurance as I have evidence.

Very professional company. They kept me informed with text msgs on each stage of the repairs. The repairs were excellent. All staff especially the lovely front office ladies were helpful and professional.

Very poor service. Was unable to proceed with work due to the poor service. I spoke to family members after my exchange with Holmes, and they informed me that after using Holmes in the past they decided to go elsewhere also due to poor customer service.Also their website is sluggish and wouldn't respond on multiple occasions.
