It is such a great convenience that this place is open till 7 pm on Saturdays. I had to send some heavy parcels urgently and the young lady staff member here was very helpful, kind and diligent.Highly recommended!

Great little Post Office, lovely staff.

I live locally, but only in the last year or so. This is an exceptional post office where the staff go above and Beyond to assist customers. I was recently serviced by a young man. Ryan who had THE BEST customer service skills. Thank you so much for your help today Ryan!

Poor service in general, Paid extra for overnight delivery, staff member forgot the Friday public holiday, didn't use the Saturday delivery, so waste of money for me! No response from manager, or follow up

Doesn’t open according to their hours online or on their window/door, there is a handful of us locals out the front currently and another local stated that the owner has decided to open 8am now instead of 7.30am- yet it’s 8.20am and the shop is still not open. Not a reliable business anymore. Especially for us local businesses trying to pop in quickly before we also need to open!

I visit post offices weekly and this is by far the best post office I’ve come across. The staff are always super friendly and quick, and the opening hours are awesome. So glad I found this post office :)

Costumer's service is great. Very helpful.

Took out a weekend newspaper subscription & had 2 months of excellent service, with paper delivered to our driveway/ front door (we live in a drive-in complex of townhouses). After this time the driver changed & apparently no longer had time to drive the short distance into our complex & instead left the paper roadside. I called to ask numerous times if the service could please be returned to deliver to our immediate residence but this apparently wasn’t doable. Tried to cancel my subscription with The Age & they took it up directly with the newsagency before they would allow me to cancel. Despite this, it was still too much trouble to deliver directly to us. Disappointing service- would not use them again.

Fantastic service from the young lady delivered with a smile. Most other Aus Post offices could and should learn from her example.
