Can't give any lower score but this place deserves a negative 5 stars I dropped off a phone for repairs after 6 attempts to get it to work was given A lame excuse that the fault with the phone was the heat and that they don't get the correct glue. So after only 6 week's of careful use the screen fell off and broke as I am a FIFO worker and needed my phone I took it to another place at Home and it has been fixed but Mobile Tech wouldn't refund any money I was willing to accept the lesser amount that the second place charged but no joy everybody stay clear from these useless repairers that don't assist the client PS I am pursuing a legal result in this case

Couldn't give a lower rating either, similar experience to the last unhappy customer.Not to mention the prices being doubled that of Perth, I had my screen replaced & within 2days and $230 down the drain, the screen has the same issues. Super cheap parts used to rectify issue & given no warranty because 'it is so hot up here in karratha, it's no good for the screen'. load of rubbish, wouldn't waste my time even stopping to ask about a fix, call the 'fone doc' for 1/2 the price fixes to that of the mobile tech daylight robbers.

The young guy here was SUPER helpful. Got a screen protector fitted. Answered questions about products and our software very knowledgeable

Had my broken screen replaced and when I went to pick it up decided to get new cover, he being nice put my phone into it, I now know why!Removed cover to get magnet off back and they had broken/cracked the back of my phone whilst installing the new screen.Check before you leave there people.
