Been going to Spearwood office for few years and never had refund back in 14 days. Always takes longer. Won’t be returning next year. I can go elsewhere and get refund back way quicker than here. Always takes them ages to get back to you when your refund doesn’t come on time too causing you to have to keep ringing them to find out what’s going on. If using H&R Block I wouldn’t recommend the Spearwood office at all

Very happy with H&R Block every year since both my wife and I first started with them in 1988!!! That says a lot about what we think of their excellent service and determination to find us the best deductions and refunds. The tax consultants are always friendly, helpful, professional and explains the process well. Very happy... You should try them and won't be disappointed.

Appointment was at 530 was sitting waiting from 515 til 550 the lady was right next to me and was talking general stuff not tax to who she was with not everyone has can wait extra 20 mins for appointments

Helpful, quick and easy and got me a decent refund - more than I had anticipated doing it myself on the ATO website - reasonable fee charged.
