EB Games - Rosebud

The gentleman was very helpful and gave me a great deal and also gave back the my money that I hadn’t realised I’d given him.

The guy who served us today 19/January at the EB games rosebud plaza thank you and what an amazing customer service you have. The man was personal and friendly with a willingness to help.

Poor experience, went to use my level 3 membership card which I had used for many previous purchases and I was told that the card was not set up and it was then taken from me. Very poor service and the guy that served me was extremely rude. Not happy and do not recommend it for others. Would rate zero stars if possible.

Well stocked store with a very helpful team. They had everything I needed at a good price point. Very happy

Just want to give a shout out to Michael at EB Games Rosebud.I'm a Mum & generally have no idea what I'm talking about/doing in terms of these games/accounts etc but he always manages to sort it out & be a happy, helpful & all-round good human in the process.It's very much appreciated.

every Other be games I’ve ever been to have had lovely staff, and I’m sure most of the people here are the same, however on two occasions I called to enquire about a specific game ( there isn’t any others in the state) and the first time I was told it was in transit, fair enough p, I waited nearly a week, the site still said it was available. I rung a second time, someone else picks up, I ask about the same game, I’m told that they have it but they couldn’t sell it to me because it was in “store transfer”, which I have asked about before and been told that be games doesent do store transfers, so I thanked her for her time and hung up. Day afterwards I go through with a click and collect (with an empty bank card) and it went so far as to attempt to charge my card with the purchase. I leave it and 1 week passes, and the day I’m writing this the website updated to “out of stock”.If I couldn’t be sold the game, that’s fine, but all I want is a legitimate explanation as to why. All I can think of is an employee wanted to get their hand so on it and tried to save it, or possibly it was reserved. But for whatever reason I only gotta convoluted answers.My only option left is to either pay over $100 dollars online or to go to QLD, WA, TAS or NSW, none of which I live in. I’ll be ringing to ask why I was told they couldn’t sell it when they obviously could.

Ash ''The Ebgames worker'' was very helpful today, helping us choose the headset we were looking for and explaining to us which headsets were good or bad and giving us some useful information about the headsets, keep it up!

They currently have good collection of pre-owned games and the staff, Michael is friendly and helpful. Great service!

Fantastic store and the staff really know their stuffI don't go up to rosebud very often but on the visits to this store the team has been very helpful and even suggest/s some games that are within my interests .Their manager Tim really goes the extra mile to get the sales and helped me pick out a some games that I didn't even consider but turned out to be titles I've enjoyed a lot .I've heard from friends and family about the store and I think the efforts the staff make really shows how this store is the best in the state .
