What a lot of people and home owners don't know about Gary thind is that, Gary has done a lot of people wrong.Where Gary has stolen money by a way of selling one of his agents property, promising to pay them the commission and then making a disapprance act.I hope you believe in (KARMA) Gary.And Gary is very cut throat, where he lies to the owners about getting them more value for their home than what the owner has been quoted for by another agent.May you sleep well and rest in peace for doing the right thing.

Very bad experience dealing with Gary Thind.I dealt with him for 6-7 months as we waited for the possession of our property.Gary's behaviour was rude and full of arrogance. Didn't let us do a timely final inspection which proved to be inconvenient for us.

Sunny is the best real estate agent I've ever dealt with. Professional, extensive knowledge of the market, strategic thinker, and mot importantly the best communicator. He helped us to sell the house literally within a week at the best possible price. I would never have thought 19 inspections could take place in one day just 3 days after the property being put on the market. If this is not best of best, then what else.
