That my item died on it's 1st use is not the fault of the shaver shop.That they then make accusations that I was being dishonest about the faulty item then demand personal information before offering an exchange certainly is.Do not shop here!

Very disinterested staff that don’t seem like they want to be there. Walked in looking at water flossers and the staff just stared and even after asking for help, it felt like I had interrupted them from standing together talking behind the counter.I would recommend the South Wharf store. Whenever I have gone there staff have been very willing to help.

Just stood and waited for help for 10 minutes while the shopkeeper gossiped out the back. She saw me waiting while trying to coax an impatient child back in the store and then went and asked another person who had only just walked in the store if they'd like help. I wanted to buy a vidal sassoon curler too. It was a yes" sale for them. Very annoyed. Pathetic."

was greeted and we told the sales clerk we were after a beard trimmer. She pointed us in the direction of the products. The sales clerk didn't approach, nor offer and assistance or advice even though there was nobody else in the store. We walked out. Such a shame because we went in specifically to The Shaver Shop. Too bad they don't invest in good staff.
