I have found ETC in General to be utterly worthless, moved from Byron ETC to Currumbin and had a medical certificate for a dislocated shoulder i went to their office in Palm beach to show them as centrelink was slow actioning the document. They lied to me about having to come to an interview then 5 of them came out to bully me, because they have no customers to keep them busy. I wont continue there theyre terrible ill find another provider.

It has been a real pleasure to be assisted with Olivia she has been so kind and patient, going above and beyond with helping me.Thank you I am so grateful.Very kind staff Emily also thanking you kindly.

Big thank you to Katie who recommended me for a role that I didn't quite fit into on paper. I have found staff to be professional helpful and encouraging. Nothing is too much trouble for them.I have felt supported and given positive reinforcement when I have doubted myself and my confidence level wasn't at its best.Thanks to etc palm beach I have gained employment in my chosen field in a very short time.I can not recommend them highly enough.
