Oporto Cessnock Drive Thru
On our way back to Sydney from the Hunter Valley Gardens we stopped at Oporto Cessnock for a quick drive thru stop.We had probably the best drive thru experience ever. The lovely person behind the speaker was so bubbly, clear in repeating what we ordered and her attitude was so bloody good, I felt like we could have talked about life for ages hahaOnce we got to the window we met the lovely Hannah who introduced herself and her smile was infectious. Service was 20 out of 10. Our order was literally like what you see in a commercial, my burger was so perfect I didn’t want to touch it! What a lovely young crew that represented their business to the absolute highest of standards. Thanks Hannah and team

I was served tonight by the most delightful human being, Hannah. Her customer service was impeccable, she was polite and thorough with her work and just an all round wonderful person. Hannah made this experience 10 times better than it normally is. I hope to be served by her again. Thanks Hannah!!

Good for a quick meal. Salads are yummy. Drive through is a little slower than other take aways but I assume it's because they cook your food fresh.

Had to sit inside as every table outside was dirty, then as I looked around, cockroach at my feet, most tables not wiped down & floors not swept. Dirt built up around the feet of tables. Doors filthy with finger prints, more than one days worth? Disgusting in todays health dynamics! What is the food prep like?? Staff serving not at all aware with whats on the menu or what comes in a meal. Really shouldn't be that hard, wont be back. Only good thing was plenty of spaces in the car park, can now see why!!!!

Oporto Cessnock Drive Thru
Stopped for a quick bite around 2pm, what I thought would be outside the lunchtime rush. The place was filthy and short staffed. Tables, chairs and floors were dirty and littered with food. Waited for 25 minutes to get the food which seemed to be standard on that day as others waiting also complained about the wait times for fast food.

The store was clean, the service was friendly, and they got our order 100% correct. That's impressive for a fast food place.The food was quick and fresh, so overall, we were happy. The McDonalds across the road should send their staff there for training.
