Totalspan Canberra

Looked around for a long while to find the right carport and company to do it.Chose Totalspan after getting an on site quote... (most companies just quoted by email)The quote WAS VERY DETAILED.... included all dimensions, materials etc....... other companies had simply... 1x carport $12,000 plus GST = $13,200 which shows no information as to what you get for the money.Totalspan WAS GREAT... the guys who installed it were polite and professional (and on time)I had a few design/engineering requests , like where to put a post so a gate can attach to it etc... and Saul from Totalspan just made it happen.Very happy with the whole experience.Thanks

Absolutely love the carport that was built. Looks amazing and is better than I hoped for. Great, friendly, prompt and patient service and helped at every step.Any Issues were arranged and solved in a reasonable amount of time too. Price was a little more expensive than others but quality, convenience and looks more than made up for it.

I wasn't happy with the customer service, and the advice provided in the relation to the inclusions in the contract which ended up costing me more than initial negotiation.
